For cardiovascular training, do about 30 to 45 minutes each session. The intensity of the cardio that you do is super important. You need to be at least 75 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate.

Choose the treadmill or the Stairmaster for your cardio workout. These two machines burn the most calories. For you weight training, do about 8 to 10 exercises. Workout about 3 sets per exercise and do about 12 to 15 repetitions per set.
